HOLLYWOOD, CA — The 2025 Urban X Awards have announced their list of nominees, and Rising Star PR is excited to announce that once again, they’ve earned a nomination for Most Popular PR. Last year, they took home the trophy. While owner DCypher hopes for a repeat of the honor this year, he admits that he is grateful for the acknowledgement.
