Ricky Greenwood Set to Screen 2 Blockbusters at X3

(Hollywood, CA) Multi-award-winning French Canadian adult director and writer Ricky Greenwood is kicking off 2023 with screenings of two of his biggest feature films, Adult Time’s “Feed Me” and Digital Playground’s “Machine Gunners” during XBIZ’s infamous fan show X3 Expo on Friday, January 19th, and Saturday, January 20th

X3, the world’s biggest creator expo, featuring a tantalizing mashup of all things sexy, including scintillating interactive media, cinematic productions, and pleasure tech, is taking over the Hollywood Palladium next weekend. Fans and industry are invited to the screenings. On Friday at 6pm, Adult Time’s “Feed Me,” a spine-chilling tribute to old-school possession flicks starring Lulu Chu, screens. Digital Playground’s military epic feature, Machine Gunners, is screening on Saturday at 4pm. At the end of each film, Ricky and some stars will be on hand for a Q&A.

“Both films were my favorite projects this year. I’m excited for fans and the industry to see them both and that members of both casts will be there for Q&As. If you’re at X3, definitely make sure to attend,” says Ricky Greenwood.

On Sunday night, the star-studded XBIZ Awards will take place at the Palladium, and Ricky will walk the star-studded red carpet and attend the ceremony. And on that night, Ricky will find out if he and his casts and crews take home any of the 42 awards they’re up for, including Director of the Year – Body of Work (Narrative), Feature of the Year, Featurette of the Year, and Trans Movie of the Year. Ricky Greenwood, Casts & Crews Receive 43 XBIZ Awards Noms

(Hollywood, CA) Multi-award-winning French Canadian adult director and writer Ricky Greenwood has been busy over the past year making feature films and many scenes. Now that the 2024 XBIZ Awards nominations have been released, he’s added a whopping 43 nods to his record-breaking year of nominations.

Last week, the 2024 XBIZ Awards nominations were announced, and over 1600 nominees received nominations in over 100 categories. Ricky Greenwood, along with his casts and crews, has scored an impressive 42 nominations.

Ricky snapped up all the big awards noms. He’s up for Director of the Year — Body of Work (Narrative), Director of the Year — Individual Work for Digital Playground’s “Machine Gunner,” Director of the Year — Gay Movies, and Director of the Year — Trans Movies. And four of his films grabbed Feature Movie of the Year noms: Adult Time’s “Feed Me,” Digital Playground’s “Machine Gunner,” Dorcel’s “More,” and Adult Time’s “Sally Mae: The Revenge of the Twin Dragons.” Ricky also had four of his projected nommed for Featurette of the Year: Dorcel’s “Climax 3,” Modern-Day Sins’ “Mad Fuckers: Earning Their Divorces,” and Pure Taboo’s “Mustn’t Tell Teacher” and “Thou Shalt Not Covet.”

Known for directing trans, straight, lesbian, and gay movies, Ricky got nominated in all those arenas.

Icon Male’s “Hot Daddies 4” received a Gay Release of the Year — Non-Narrative nomination. The same title also scored a Best Sex Scene – Gay for Nicholas Adams, Michael Boston, and Dominic Pacifico.

Two of his TransSensual titles, “TS Girls on Top 7” and “TS Hot Wives 3,” picked up Trans Movie of the Year.

Four of Ricky’s lesbian titles grabbed Best Sex Scene – All-Girl: AllHerLuv’s Through My Window, Pt. 1 with Penny Barber and Serene Siren, Dorcel’s Trouble with Lilly Bell and Jane Wilde, Adult Time’s Feed Me with Lulu Chu and September Reign, and Adult Time’s A Seed of Something Greater with Lumi Ray and Alexis Tae.

Ricky’s Adult Time feature “Feed Me” scored Best Acting – Lead nom for Lulu Chu and Best Acting – Supporting for Tommy Pistol.

Ricky’s features scored five Best Sex Scene – Feature Movie noms for Dorcel’s “Climate 3” with Alexia Anders, Lilly Bell, Kira Noir, Alexis Tae, Maya Woulfe, Nathan Bronson, and Isiah Maxwell, Adult Time’s “Sally Mae: The Revenge of the Twin Dragons” with Cali Caliente, Ana Foxxx, Scotty P, and Thrill Monger, Adult Time’s “Feed Me” with Lulu Chu, Damon Dice, and Alex Jones, Digital Playground’s “Machine Gunner” with Kayley Gunner, Luna Star, and Damon Dice, and Dorcel’s “More” with Kenna James, Lumi Ray, Whitney Wright, Mick Blue, and James Bang.

His featurettes also scored four Best Sex Scene Featurette nominations for Adult Time’s “Cum Gluttons: Try Not to Cum Challenge” with Vanna Bardot, Emma Hix, Rocky Emerson, and Nathan Bronson, Modern-Day Sins’ “Lust Triangles: Her Younger Self” with Lilly Bell, Kenzie Taylor, and Mick Blue, Dorcel’s “Ana 4 You” with Ana Foxxx and Johnny Castle, and Adult Time’s “Caught Fapping: Mutual Attraction” with Khloe Kapri and Lucas Frost.

And Ricky’s BTS crew also scored some amazing nominations. For Best Art Direction, Ricky scored two noms for his work on Dorcel’s “More” and Digital Playground’s “Machine Gunner,” and Kylie Ireland also picked up two for Adult Time’s “Feed Me” and “Sally Mae: The Revenge of the Twin Dragons.” Matt Holder received three Best Cinematography noms for “Feed Me,” “More,” and “Machine Gunner.” His crew snagged two Best Editing noms–Clit Eastwood & Mike Hockertz for their work on “Feed Me” and Aylo Content Services for “Machine Gunner.” And Lilly Bell and Maddy Barton for Best Screenplay for co-writing “Feed Me.”

Bloomer Yang Adds XBIZ Awards Nominee to His Growing List of 2022 Accomplishments

 
(Hollywood, CA) With his work for Delphine Films, Taiwanese-born adult film director Bloomer Yang has been a standout in adult with scenes featuring great storytelling, passionate sex, and unique three-dimensional characters. And now Bloomer can add XBIZ Awards nominee to his list of 2022 accomplishments.
Last week, XBIZ had a nominations party at Sound in Hollywood. Bloomer Yang walked the red carpet in a colorful outfit and even did some model poses. It was a great night, and Bloomer was over the moon when he saw he was up for Director of the Year – Feature and scored eight award nominations for his Delphine Films scenes. Bloomer is also up for Best Sex Scene – Vignette for “Here, Everything Is Better” with Jewelz Blu and Kayley Gunner, Best Sex Scene – All-Girl for “Cam Girl Initiation” with Ana Foxxx and Victoria Voxxx, two nods for Best Sex Scene – Featurette for “Forgive” with Skye Blue and Danny Mountain and “Three” with Maya Woulfe, Robby Echo, and Codey Steele, and finally four noms for Featurette of the Year for “Feel It Again,” “Forgive,” “Object,” and “Three.”
“I was blown away by the number of nominations I received and that I got a Director of the Year nom my first year in adult. It’s truly incredible, and I’m honored. Thank you to everyone at XBIZ,” says Bloomer Yang.

ABOUT BLOOMER YANG aka OLIVER WONG
Taiwanese-born adult film director Bloomer Yang is one of the biggest rising stars on the director front. With over 50 scenes filmed for Model Media USA’s studio Delphine Films delphinefilms.com, his standout films feature great storytelling and passionate sex scenes with three-dimensional characters that he writes and directs. His goal is not just to get the viewer off but also to get a reaction which might even include tears or laughter. Classically trained, Bloomer holds a Masters in Screenwriting and a Bachelor’s in Film Production. In 2022, he was nominated for a pair of Fleshbot Awards nominations for Movie of the Year and Best Oral Sex Scene, which he took home the trophy for. The AVN Awards also nommed him for his Best Directing Portfolio – Narrative, scene work, and Mainstream Venture of the Year for his stand-up comedy as Oliver Wong. Bloomer is a man of many talents, including his comedy career under the name Oliver Wong. In 2018 after graduate school ended, he had a dead-end job and visa issues. Looking for an outlet to express his feelings, he stepped onto the stage of Flappers Comedy Club for his first show, and the rest is history. Like most comedians, his style is a cross between self-deprecating and observational. He uses being Asian, a gay man, an immigrant, his HIV Positive status, and his career as an adult film director as fodder for his comedy. His comedic influences include Ali Wong, John Mulaney, and Iliza Shlesinger.
