Dorcel, Paulita Pappel Ink Exclusive VOD Partnership

Dorcel has signed an exclusive VOD distribution deal with HardWerk, the production studio co-founded by director-producer Paulita Pappel and director Rod Wyler, covering Africa, Canada, Europe and the United States.
