Adult Streamer FyreTV Can Move Forward With Trademark Lawsuit Against Amazon’s ‘Fire TV’

The Eleventh Circuit appeals court published an opinion yesterday ruling that the case against Amazon over their Fire TV product brought forth by adult streaming company Wreal, which owns the “FyreTV” trademark, can move forward.
