Scarlet Skies is in the hospital waiting for her operation. Her nurse, Kelly Collins, is trying to reassure her that it will all be alright, but Scarlet is still feeling a bit nervous. However, when Scarlet wakes up from the anaesthesia, she finds herself in an unimaginable situation. The lights are out and there is no one to be found.
