JustFor.fans Tests QR Code Functionality in Fight Against Shadow Banning

JustFor E1634895183879(Los Angeles, CA / October 22, 2021) – Adult friendly social site JustFor.fans (JFF) announces the introduction of user-friendly QR code technology that offers its members a unique defense against Internet bans on explicit adult content.

Currently testing in beta mode, the new online feature prioritizes user functionality while protecting the integrity of JFF subscribers’ exclusive content. Simply go to Settings, turn on QR Code Embedding and photo uploads will automatically be assigned a code that links to the page embedded in their photo. This link contains a source tracker so JFF models can examine their stats to find out how many people have visited their page via the QR code.

“While social media sites like Instagram allow sex workers to post (PG) photos, they often take deceitful liberties such as shadow-banning – or outright banning – users who link to adult websites,” says JustFor.fans founder Dominic Ford.

He adds that while mainstream social sites have every right to ban or hide adult content in compliance with its specific user guidelines, JFF is dedicated to finding supportive solutions to optimize its members’ content within the online space.

“Now that the latest iOS can read QR codes embedded in images, the images themselves can now link back to JFF. This is a good way to stay compliant with SFW social media sites, while simultaneously being able to link users to your JFF page.”
