Actress Alex Coal Joins the Cast of Sparks Entertainment’s Upcoming Horror Film “Scissors”

A campaign to fund the mainstream slasher film is currently running on the Indiegogo platform.

(HOLLYWOOD, CA) Sparks Entertainment (sparks-entertainment.com/), the production company behind the highly anticipated horror/slasher movie “Scissors,” is excited to announce the addition of actress Alex Coal to the film’s all-star cast. Coal will play a mystery character that is being kept under wraps for now. Alex joins a cast of other talented actors, including award-winners Jill Kassidy and Tommy Pistol, Isiah Maxwell, Avery Jane, Lacey Jane, and Shawn Alff. In “Scissors,” a group of friends find themselves trapped in a remote cabin and being hunted by a mysterious killer wielding a pair of deadly scissors.

Alex Coal is an actress that brings with her an established and dedicated fanbase. She is best known for her roles in Sparks Entertainment films such as “Lesbian Cosplay Vol. 1” And “Lesbian Cosplay Vol. 2.”

“We are thrilled to have Alex Coal join the cast of ‘Scissors,'” said Harry Sparks, the director of the movie. “She brings a unique energy and intensity to her roles, and we know she will be a fantastic addition to our already amazing cast.”

“Scissors” is directed by Harry Sparks and produced by Sparks Entertainment. The movie is currently being crowdfunded via Indiegogo, with principal photography scheduled to commence in August 2023 for approximately seven days. After post-production is complete, the movie will be screened in front of press and sales agents at American Film Market in November. A distribution deal will allow maximum mainstream exposure for the movie on major streaming platforms such as Netflix, Tube, and Amazon.

Harry Sparks developed his craft by studying film and video production at Florida Metropolitan University, International Academy of Design and Technology-Orlando, Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and UCLA Extension. His most recent features include the sci-fi thriller “Maid to Kill and the UFO conspiracy drama “The Seventh Kind.”
